劉源凱個人簡介

     祖上三代行醫，父親劉冠雄行醫數十年，是舊金山有名的老中醫。本人從事中藥行業30多年，擔任美國依力臣

藥業公司董事長20多年，由2007年起，獲选和連續六屆擔任北加州中藥聯商會和美國中藥聯商會會長。現為世界

中醫藥學會聯合會主席團執行委員、黑龍江省海外交流協會副主席、遼寧省僑聯海外顧問、遼寧省本溪市僑聯海

外顧問、甘肅省隴藥協會顧問、黑龍江中醫藥大學美國分校校長、香港中醫藥聯合會榮譽會長、美國華商總會副

董事長、美國紅杉林雜誌社董事長、美國燕趙科技商務促進會第一副會長、舊金山統一促進會顧問、美加廣州同

學會顧問等，並曾任世界針聯2010美國國際學術研討會籌委會執行副主席、2014和2017舊金山國際中醫藥研討

會執行主席、2018世界中聯中藥鑑定專業委員會第五屆學術年會執行主席、美國北加州中醫藥界第81屆、第85 

屆、第88屆國醫節執行主席等職。

     My forefathers in the recent three generations have been engaged in traditional Chinese medicine .

Lau Koon Hung , my father, has practiced medicine for decades and is a well known senior doctor of

traditional Chinese medicine in San Francisco.   I have been engaged in traditional Chinese medicine for

more than 35 years and have held the post of the chairman of the board of directors of Ellision

Enterprises Corporation for more than 20 years. Since March in 2007 , I have been elected and re-elected

consecutively to hold the post s of the presidents of Chinese Herb Trade Association of Northern

California and Chinese Herb Trade Association of America for seven times .   In March 2014 , I cooperate d

with Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine to found Heilongjiang UCM USA Campus , and I was

appointed president of Heilongjiang UCM USA Campus and offered the four year course of bachelors

degree of traditional Chinese medicine , which is originate d overseas in October of the same year, and in

June 2018 the first 40 overseas graduates of scholars degree of traditional Chinese pharmacology

graduated.  From April 2016 I cooperate d with World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies to

establish the training America n base for the traditional Chinese medicine specialized and technical

qualified personnel to train and check the traditional Chinese medicine specialized and technical

personnel in the United State s and build the first oversees professional team in which everyone has the

title of pharmacist of traditional Chinese medicine , and I was awarded the title of senior pharmacist of

traditional Chinese medicine and I was also appointed to be the member of the traditional Chinese

medicine pharmacist appraisal committee of America n base

At present, I am the executive member of the presidium of World Federation of Chines e Medicine

Societies, the vice chairman of Heilongjiang Overseas Exchanges Association , the member of Overseas

Exchanges Association of All China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese , the overseas consultant

of Liaoning Returned Overseas Chinese Federation the overseas consultant of Benxi Returned

Overseas Chinese Federation of Liaoning Province, the adviser of Gansu Gansu Herbal Medicine

Association , the honorary president of Hong Kong Federation of Chinese Medicine Sector , the chairman

of the board of directors of publishing house of magazine of Chinese Literature of the Americas Chinese

Larch Forest) in the United States of America , the first vice president of American Yanzhao Science ,

Technology and Commerce Promotion Committee , the adviser of China Council for the Promotion of

Peaceful National Reunification in San Francisco and the adviser of Northern America Guangzhou High

School Alumni Association , and I once held the following posts: the executive vice chairman of the

preparatory committee of Th e 2010 American International Academic Seminar of World Federation of

Acupuncture Moxibustion Societies , the executive chairman of The 2014 San Francisco International

Traditional Chinese Medicine Seminar , the executive chairman of The World Federation of Chinese

Medicine Societies’ Societies’(WFCMS) 5th Academic Conference in 2018 , the executive chairman of the First and

Second U.S. Summit on the International Development of Chinese Medicine , and the executive

chairman of The 81st , 85th and 88th Traditional Chinese Medical Science Festival of Northern California
